Today is the last day for the Cool Mom Guide Goes Green Giveaway, sponsored by ecostore USA! One lucky winner will receive the entire Baby Care line, including Baby Wash, Massage Oil, Moisturizer, Nappy Balm, Shampoo, Sleepytime Bath and Soap! Contest ends at 8PM EST!
Well, today is the last day of the Cool Mom Guide Goes Green Giveaway Review series. I’ve discovered lots of great products from the sponsor, ecostore USA as well as a few other wonderful companies and I learned it’s easy to get wonderful results while preserving our planet.
My final review is of the ecoStore USA Pure Oxygen Whitener. As I mentioned earlier, my 10 month old had a terrible week-long stomach virus and we spent a lot of time washing sheets. I reviewed the ecoStore USA Laundry Liquid last week and along with the liquid, I add the Whitener to keep his crib sheets crisp and bright.
From the website-
The Pure Oxygen Whitener contains oil of citrus and Coconut and other plant-based ingredients. Ecomommas will love the way this product brightens and cleans baby’s clothes and does not contain any harsh chemicals that could irritate delicate skin.(35.3 ounce size)
Ingredients
- Carbonates (simple mineral salts)
- Sodium percarbonate (oxygen producing whitener)
- Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
- Citrates (from citrus)
- Highly biodegradable surfactant
- Natural citrus oil
I must say, I was impressed! I only like to used baby-approved products from my little one’s sensitive skin, and I’ve never been able to find a whitener I could feel comfortable using until now. This super concentrated powder only requires 1-2 tbsp added into the machine wash with dissolved laundry liquid/powder. For extra effect, stop the machine in soaking cycle and leave overnight, being careful not to soak zips or buttons.
After taking some very nasty sheets and running them through the wash using the ecostore USA Laundry Liquid and Pure Oxygen Whitener, my baby’s sheets came out fresh and bright and I felt confident that he could rest his adorable little head without exposing himself to any unhealthy chemicals!

Better late than never…just ordered some of ecostore USA’s sodium lauryl sulfate-free/paraben-free shampoo (my beautician recommends it highly)
