Karaoke Revolution: Presents American Idol Encore 2 w/Microphone

So I’d like to start by thanking my friend Marisa for giving me the confidence to get in front of my Newbaby.com camera and sing Bon Jovi.  Then I’d like to tell you all I can’t sing.  I thought it’d be fun to see what the judges of American Idol think of my voice, and they DID like me, it’s just me that doesn’t like me.

This weekend, I planned on having my friend Taylor over and we were going to get all dolled up and go nuts on the game and vlog the whole thing but my hubby is sick and it was Joshua’s first birthday, so I ended up doing it by myself this morning.  Funny thing is that I a) Realized I can’t sing and b) I’m still fat but I really LOVE this game!

I still plan on having Taylor back this week and she and I will vlog it proper, but I wanted to get a taste of it to all of you because this is my new favorite game.  I love singing and this game has tons of ways to do it.

You can sing it karaoke style (without being  judged) or go into tournament mode.  You can sing with any backdrop like the Audition room or the finals stage  from the 2008 season and you can choose from 40 songs from the 70′s to today.

My plan is to get a group of people over for the actual Idol finale and get this game to play.  You can have up to 8 players play against or with each other and have your own Idol contest then watch the real American Idol!

Here’s a super short video clip of me singing a line, Simon telling me I am awesome (I kind of was but didn’t show more because I felt too fat to be honest) and my son grabbing the mic and telling me how I sound).  Look for more in the coming weeks when I get that party together and vlogged!

Go easy on me here, I know it’s not the best but check out how real Simon is!
