Endless Ocean: Blue World

Nintendo Wii Endless Ocean

The second I unwrapped Endless Ocean Blue World, I couldn’t have been more excited.  I was given Nintendo Wii Points before and had used them to download a game where you got to make fish in an aquarium and I later on played another game that involved diving into the ocean to look at various sea life (it quite possibly could have been a different version of this!).

My excitement was well deserved.  I loved the game play of this product.  The fact that my son can play with my guidance made it a great game to play as a family (although I wanted some alone time to play it myself).  Since my oldest is only five, he can’t read well, so we got to read the words at the bottom of the screen together and enjoy learning about the different types of fish (and mammals) there are in the ocean.

My only problem was my two year old wanting in on the action but thankfully I have enough Wii remotes to satisfy an army so even he felt like he was helping us in the game.

Endless Ocean Blue World is rated E for Everyone 10+ mainly due to the fact that kids have to be able to read and there is some mild Whale attacks, but overall it’s a fantastic game that the kids can love.

I was talking to my neighbor about the review and he was practically jumping around asking to borrow it when I’ve finished my review and write up.  I’m taking my time to torture him, but that’s just for fun.

I wasn’t a fan of the music throughout the game because sometimes silence is golden but with the graphics and beauty the wonders of this game more than makes up for it.  You get to experience the animals of the Arctic and the thrill of swimming through the coral reef.

This isn’t a game you can just visualize, you have to see it for yourself so I’m going to wrap this up with a quick video for you to take a look at.  I think this is a game you and your family could really enjoy.
